NOTE: If you would like to take these classes online and you are currently attending CAC or PAC, then mention that in the Comment Section on the form before you submit it. Classes are designed for unperson attendance but due to Covid and Schedules, some may want to take them online. If you choose online, you will be notified of the time and it will be hosted through Zoom where you can interact with the instructor.
